Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of boneless lamb or beef, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 large onions, finely chopped

- Add the cubed lamb or beef to the pot and stir to coat it with the spice mixture. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the meat is browned on all sides.
- Add the plain yogurt and 2 cups of water to the pot. Mix well and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot with a lid, and simmer for 1-2 hours until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened.
- Garnish the Rogan Josh with chopped fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or Indian bread.
